C) FOOD MANUFACTURING

  • CI: PROCESSING OF PERISHABLE ANIMAL PRODUCTS
    (Processing and packaging of animal products including seafood, meat, eggs, dairy and fish products)
  • CII: PROCESSING OF PERISHABLE PLANT PRODUCTS
    (Processing and packaging of perishable plant-based products including fruits and fresh juices, vegetables, grains, nuts, pulses and frozen water–based products)
  • CIII: PROCESSING OF PERISHABLE ANIMAL AND PLANT PRODUCTS (MIXED PRODUCTS)
    (Processing of perishable animal and plant products (mixed products) including pizza, lasagne, sandwich, dumpling, ready-to-eat meals)
  • CIV: PROCESSING AMBIENT STABLE PRODUCTS
    (Production of food products from any source that is stored and sold at ambient temperature, including canned foods, biscuits, snacks, oil, drinking water, beverages, pasta, flour, sugar, food-grade salt)

E) CATERING
Preparation, storage and where appropriate, delivery of food for consumption at the place of preparation for on-site consumption or take away or at a satellite unit.

F) TRADING, RETAIL, WHOLESALE AND E-COMMERCE

  • FI: RETAIL/WHOLESALE/E-COMMERCE
    (Applies to retail and wholesale activities and related E-commerce activities. Storage and provision of finished products to consumers retail including outlets, shops, wholesalers, minor processing activities e.g., slicing, portioning, reheating)
  • FII: FOOD BROKERING/TRADING/E–COMMERCE
    (Buying and selling food products on its own account without physical handling or as an agent for others of any item that enters the food chain)

I) PRODUCTION OF FOOD PACKAGING AND PACKAGING MATERIALS
Production of food packaging material

K) PRODUCTION OF BIO/CHEMICALS
Production of Chemical and Bio-Chemical products and applies to the production of food and feed additives, vitamins, minerals, bio-cultures, flavourings, enzymes, gases and processing aids.
Pesticides, drugs, fertilizers, cleaning agents (Limited to FSMS)

D: ANIMAL FEED PRODUCTION
• DI: For products fed directly to the animal and/or delivered to the farm

F: DISTRIBUTION
• FI: When Operators trade their own products.
• FII: When Operators trade products not produced by themselves.

K: Products not given directly to the animals and/or not sold directly to the farm
